Ok, well, Im sticking to my green smoothies :) so, today, more spinache... banana, nectarine and aple:
SO nice. It really picks you up drinking a green smoothie in the morning.
After morning walk - felt a need for a hot chocolate! Its cold today, really feels like autumn is here. Had some almonds soaking over night - perfect base for a milk. Blend with horse tail tea, strain - and mix with 3 dates, some spirulina, cacao, carob, cinnamon and cardamom... mmmmm:
